Training

The internship activities will be carried out at qualified production companies in the area and Italian institutions with which specific agreements have been established. The practical-application internship is generally divided into three phases:

  • Harvesting and winemaking in medium-small, yet high-quality, partner wineries in the region;
  • Winter dry pruning in vineyards;
  • Several cycles of spring green pruning in the vineyards;
  • Harvesting and winemaking in large-scale wineries, including those located in other Italian regions;
  • wine business marketing;
  • wine business management.

A basic knowledge of the Italian language is required to participate in the Internship program.
