A historic villa, beautifully and recently renovated, is the beating heart of the campus, housing the classrooms, library, auditorium, kitchen, and administration office. Surrounding the main building are the student dormitories, consisting of apartments equipped with every comfort (kitchen, air conditioning, etc.), as well as a newly built swimming pool that overlooks a unique panorama.
Within the estate, there is also the laboratory and the technical area for wine production, featuring a newly built winery.
The property is located just a few kilometers from the center of Florence and only minutes from the center of Greve in Chianti (FI).
