Application Procedure

Step 1

Send an email to the admissions office specifying your preferred period of attendance.
You will receive further details via email about ICEV’s programs, accommodations, and services, along with the link to the online application form.

Step 2

Complete all sections of the application form.

Step 3

Student visas are required for semester programs. Once accepted by ICEV, we will be able to assist you in obtaining a student visa.

Admission Requirements

The following requirements apply to all programs:

  • Students must be at least 18 years old at the start of the program.
  • Completed and signed application form.
  • Copy of the diploma, school/university transcript, or equivalent (translated into English).
  • Personal essay (reasons for choosing the program, experiences abroad, future goals).
  • Proof of English language proficiency: non-native English speakers must demonstrate an intermediate-high level of language competence.
  • For Professional Programs, students must have a solid background in the chosen field of study.
  • Proof of payment.
