International campus of enology and viticulture

Amidst the splendid hills of the Florentine Chianti Classico lies the ICEV le Bonille Campus.

The Campus is a true International Wine Academy.
It is located in Greve in Chianti – Florence – Italy, and includes a renovated historic villa with classrooms and facilities, modern student dormitories, a panoramic swimming pool, and a new winery for wine production. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, it is easily accessible by public transport.

Accredited programs

The semester, full academic year, and summer academic programs allow students to gain an in-depth understanding in the field of viticulture and enology.

Professional programs

The professional programs offer students hands-on experience in the wine industry, combining theory and practice with a focus on the real world. Available in semester, annual, or summer formats, they help develop technical skills and guide students toward a career in wine. The courses combine oenological tradition and marketing to train future professionals in the industry.
