Terms and Conditions
The student completes the Application Form and submits it to the chosen school along with a deposit equal to 30% of the total registration fee. In case of bank transfer, the payment receipt must be sent to the school. The registration will be considered valid upon receipt of written confirmation from the school.
The balance of the total registration fee must be paid in full within 2 months from the start of the course. The following payment methods are accepted for the deposit and the balance:

In case of bank transfer, please clearly specify the student’s name and the course start date. The payment must be received in full: any bank fees are the responsibility of the student and will be charged on the first day, if necessary.
The accommodation fee must be paid in full and in advance.
Cancellations must be communicated in writing.
Before the start of the course: the registration deposit is non-refundable.
After the start of the course: if the cancellation occurs after the course has started, ICEV will retain the entire registration fee.
A minimum of 5 students is required for all courses. In case of insufficient registrations, ICEV reserves the right to offer an alternative course.
To obtain a student visa according to Italian regulations, the total registration fee must be paid in advance for the entire study period.
Students who do not obtain the visa to enter Italy must inform the school in writing before the course starts, providing proof of the refusal from the Italian Embassy.
In this case, they will be entitled to a full refund, minus administrative fees.
All information regarding the arrival airport, flight details, and arrival time must be communicated to the school at the time of registration or, at the latest, one month before the arrival date. ICEV will send the confirmation and all relevant information regarding the airport transfer service.
There will be no classes on public holidays. No refunds will be given, nor will extra lessons be arranged for these days.
The student authorizes ICEV to use their personal data in accordance with the European Privacy Regulation (EU 679/2016), which ensures the secure storage of such information.
Personal data is collected and stored for the purpose of managing registrations and related services.
The student also authorizes ICEV to send periodic informational and promotional material regarding the courses offered.
The student may request the deletion of such data at any time.
By accepting these terms and conditions, the student (or their parents/legal guardians) grants permission for the use of comments, testimonials, and photographs/images of the student in ICEV’s official promotional material.
Students must immediately report any issues to ICEV in order to receive assistance and resolve any concerns. No retrospective complaints or requests will be accepted.

Students must maintain behavior based on generally accepted standards of courtesy and respect towards others. In a multicultural environment, it is essential to respect cultural, racial, and religious differences.
ICEV is not responsible for any loss of property within the school.
ICEV is not responsible for the loss of lessons or other services due to factors outside of its control (force majeure). In such circumstances, no refunds will be provided.
Students are advised to take out medical and personal insurance before leaving their home country and to ensure coverage for the loss of tuition fees due to non-arrival, absence for any reason, or unexpected course interruption.
